About College
Govt. Polytechnic, Shahbad, Rampur was established by the State Government of UP in the year 2013 with vision and aim to provide quality technical education to make the students self-dependent and to ensure their equal participation in the technical field. The college spread across a wide area and is located in Shahbad which is in the outskirts of Rampur city.
Government Polytechnic Shahbad is currently running 3 courses namely Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with intake of 60 students per year. The college has various facilities for overall development of students like a playground, workshops, laboratory and library with good number of books for students to read. The college also has a grievance redressal system as per AICTE norms for students, parents and employees to send in their grievane and get it redressed in a hassle-free manner.
